    Amazing quality knife! I have a Shiro knife, but I ALWAYS wanted one with a sharp end and made of S125V steel, but for some reason Shiro can't make one from this steel :-(. This Andrew Black are exceeded all expectations - San Mai with a S125V center, colored titanium, a sharp tip as I wanted ... only the PRICE IS A LITTLE HIGH ;-) If it were cheaper it would be better, but still - this is the best knife in my collection now - THANK YOU!
