It looked like it came not damaged until I opened it up and pulled the product out. The First 2 seasons cases were indeed damaged. But the last on of the 3rd season of the series wasn't. All I can say is that the discs incased within them are okay because they played on my DVD player. It came within a timely fashion so I'm okay by that.
