I'm sorry that we both have to deal with this carrier issue. This item is in transit. USPS Tracking #9449008105464507288350. We shipped this item on 9/3/24. The carrier picked it up on 9/4/24. If you track the package, you will see the rest. As of today, 9/17/24, this item shows that it is in transit.
