Per the original receipt I sent you, the glasses are upwards of 12 years old - and never worn. The issues you mentioned were listed in the listing description and are typical with Oakley products. The nose pieces likely dried out from age and can be replaced for $5 or so. I'm assuming you did not take the glasses to a licensed Oakley retailer - had you done so, an Oakley rep would confirm everything I'm telling you. Thank you again!
