The listing said the condition was New (unopened) and when it arrived the seals were clearly broken. I assume, giving the benefit of the doubt, that since it came from a resale shop they had to open it to verify the contents and plug it in to make sure it works, but that should have at least been stated in the description or accurately listed as New - Open Box. Regardless, it works as expected and I'm happy with the purchase.
