     Bought item, knowing that the charging system was broke on, but I needed to communicator. Seller said the communicator was brand new it arrived. It didn’t work when even turn on contacted him. He said it was new and I ended up getting my money back through claim through eBay shipped it back to seller and I see that he relisted it and put once again, broken charger as far as I’m concerned what kind of a con artist I don’t think I would ever buy anything off of him again he’s got relisted

    I am replacing the battery as we discussed, I am not a con artist and to say so is libel. I bought 3 communicators and unfortunately yours was the only one of the three that didn't work. I bought a new battery and am having it repaired as we discussed. I gave you your money back and yet you continue to insult me. Not cool!
