    When things go wrong , as they sometimes do, a seller frequently shines and excels. Not the case here sadly. Instead definitely left with the impression that the seller was not concerned or bothered that the items did not arrive. Zero communication response on the issue just a refund after request. This happened on two completely different occasions, there was no prompt despatch and in each case it wasted several weeks of my time. That was my experience.
