Seller was away but still selling items. No reply to messages. Finally got a response after 3 days. Wasted a week and still not not got any further. Also Ebay cannot help at all with this type of service sold, as if seller refunds they are happy..the problem is that the seller has your broken iphone and the only thing you can do is civil action via courts to get it back. My advice? use a shop local to you if you need to sort your phone.
