Outright scam. Advertised $27 for 11 jacks, sent me 1 jack and considered the order complete (Drop shipped from Amazon) and made a return or refund extremely difficult. Thankfully, in the end eBay Customer Service stepped in and handled the situation to my favor. People like this give the selling platform a bad name.
