The buyer declined to pay full postage. The item (a car front grille) was a very large box and with USPS oversize charges was over $100 to mail to buyers' location. Ebay's auto shipping cost mis calculated the postal estimate, not applying & not including these oversize fees. So yes, the transaction was cancelled with the buyer's consensual knowledge. The feedback is unfair and left well, well after the transaction.
