- 4***a (111)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseDidn’t arrive after 6 days with express post. Had to get refund. Seller said they would find out why but didn’t bother. Not great. Better sellers out there.Reply from: ddi_auto- Feedback replied by seller ddi_auto.- Feedback replied by seller ddi_auto.Unfortunately the buyers parcel was delayed in transit. When the buyer messaged us to let us know we replied within 24 hours (which was a Friday) saying we would try and find out what was causing the delay. This can take time, Auspost support don't work 24/7. The buyer replied before we opened Monday morning saying they were unhappy to wait any longer, so we recalled the parcel and paid a refund straight away
