Nice card, but poor packing caused it to be damaged. Other cards received in the same post batch were all OK. It's fine to re-use old envelopes and pieces of card, but the result must be strong enough to protect the card. The thin piece of Maltesers card was not sufficient! I did not appreciate your unhelpful "brush off" reply when I contacted you. Most sellers are more helpful.

My brush off reply being that is was well protected but damaged by Royal Mail not due to the packaging, and please provide pictures when making your claim for the refund.Not an unreasonable request you would have thought. Claim or pictures never arrived. Just got this nasty feedback a week later.
