    I'm human, I made a mistake and I owned it. I accidentally swapped 2 labels. To say I wouldn't solve the problem is a 100% lie. I contacted each buyer and provided a label to each so they could mail and receive the correct part. I stated, once you receive what you ordered please contact me and I will then take care of you on the money side for the inconvenience. Buyer didn't want to do any of this which is fine so I issued a full refund. I tried to solve the problem.
