I received the BCM very quickly and still had issues with my vehicle and I contacted the seller for support. I was unsure rather the product was the issue or I had a completely different issue. They immediately offered to send a replacement and they did. I received it it again very quickly. The product ended up not being the issue so I'm sure the 1st BCM was in working order and I'll be returning one of them and further diagnosing my other issue.
