The second change was not so "spectacular", brightness and the angle as the measurement of the product was the same. First off all they were never 15W as you described, they were about 6W, until this latest version that's even weaker, 5.5W, the color of light is not the same (cold), the angle is not so wide, and the measurement is not the same, now the bulbs are longer then before.
