Seller ships PCM after installing software to VIN# I received the PCM, installed, would not run showing faults for cylinder 7 & 8 of my 6 cylinder engine. Seller sends another one out with no discount for fault of theirs by regular mail. Ending up in a 2 week delay to my customer.Reply from: flashmasters- Feedback replied by seller flashmasters.- Feedback replied by seller flashmasters.We shipped first computer Next Day shipping as they paid for and they received it next day. There was an issue so we upgraded shipping on replacement to Priority Mail (for free) and they received the replacement two days later. They didn't want to pay for UPS Next Day shipping on their replacement. We still helped out and did Priority Mail. The whole process to receive both was less than a week. We help quickly and help the best we can as you can tell thanks for sharing that!
