Item arrived without original case. When I reached out to the seller, they were extremely rude and defensive.
The original listing and other listed items stated items are brand new and unopened. This is clearly not the case and misleading.

Hi, I'm requesting that you delete or revise the feedback to positive. We communicated extensively on the DVD. There was NEVER a case with this item. I listed it with no case in all: pictures, description, and the post itself. When I tried to reexplain this the buyer was rude and RACIST telling me I only deserved to sell at "swap meets". I delivered a high-quality item in good faith and I left positive feedback for you. I can send an image of our messaging if anyone would like to see it. thx
