Leaving a NEUTRAL rating, but will probably never buy from this seller again. Seller failed to advise me that I needed to provide a signed Toxic Substance document until AFTER package arrived at US Customs. By then it was too late for package to follow normal clearance process. After almost a week of emails and phone calls I had to do myself (no help from the seller) to FedEx, my package FINALLY arrived more than a week later than it should have. Very disappointing and frustrating purchase.
