I received a shipping barcode from eBay to return my purchase. I mailed the item back to the seller using it & attempted to enter the tracking information where indicated but the eBay website didnt recognize the tracking # multiple times w/o success. Online I found many others with the same issue. The chat room stated that eBay already knows the tracking # as they provided it and would see that it shipped. Now eBay closed my case without giving me a refund.
