The description was inaccurate. They might have been new but the length was 2" shorter than posted (23' instead of 25"). I would not have ordered them and had to pay shipping and then pay shipping to send them back to seller. I do feel ripped off. I wear INC brand jeans all the time. I suppose you can only shop at Macy's.
