No heads up, unfortunately I waited patiently, I didn’t contact the seller due to trying to be considerate of someone’s time / being busy if that was the case. Unfortunately out of the blue today I was sent a cancellation update and sent a refund. I appreciate the refund. I’m just disappointed that I will not have a chance to add this VTB to my VTB family.
