Ai sensi del decreto legislativo n. 185/99 il cliente ha diritto di recedere dal contratto per un periodo di 10 giorni dal momento in cui riceve la merce. Per avvalersi del diritto di recesso l'acquirente deve darne comunicazione previa e-mail ed entro lo stesso termine di 10 gg lavorativi deve rispedire i prodotti integri, nella loro confezione originaria e con lo scontrino/fattura emessi. Se l'oggetto viene reso perchè non conforme alla descrizione le spese di spedizione saranno a nostro carico, che provvederemo a prenotare un ritiro dell'oggetto reso e a rimborsare il costo complessivo dell'oggetto e della spedizione.
