The other came with scratches and pitting, which is starting to rust. I reached out to the seller with pictures and asking for replacements. I was offered $15 to have them repaired. Powder coating just one would cost around $50. Seller is selling damaged, low quality products that look like they were kicked down the road then trying not to replace/refund them. I'm reporting to PayPal if seller doesn't take return.
