Seller lists items that they don't have in stock total waste of time waiting for something I was not going to receive. The kick panels WERE shipped out via FedEx but apparently were never scanned. I opened a case with FedEx but was denied because of course they never showed scanned. So to make things right we were shipping out another pair of kick panels this time with UPS. I explained that another pair was being sent but the buyer decided to get a refund and slam us on our feedback instead. We truly tried to make things right.
