I purchased this speaker and brand new out of the box the handle broke off. I sent it back and I contacted the store twice to tell them I didn't want a refund I wanted an exchange. The assured me that as soon as they got the old one back they would send out the new one. We'll they didn't they refunded my money and told me that I would have to repurchase the speaker. This was a problem because I had to wait until the funds showed back up on my card then when they added $35.00 to the price.
