Buyer has been very nasty and then expects a refund. Buyer expected there to be an additional clip attached to this new item which we never guaranteed her. Since part was new and never been opened we can only assume this is a common issue and comes that way from factory. Buyer accused us of glueing the piece but that would have been difficult since for one they all come that way and also the box had never been opened.
