Seller was rude when I opened an "item not received" case message as it had been over two weeks since the purchase and there was no update and still showed as awaiting shipment. Seller claims it was shipped 10 days ago but has no proof to support it actually has. Not sure if it was ebay or seller who closed the case and refunded — if it was the seller, this tells me he did not actually ship the item yet as stated.
