Who thinks it is a good idea to send a rare, fragile porcelain item in a plastic envelope? I am out of a rare collectable and the seller is out of $900. Sad. I could have given a negative, but the seller did quickly refund all of my money so I will remain neutral. Shipping was delayed, but that was the fault of the US president. The item is on its way back to the seller.
