Waited 30 days and disputed as it didn't come. They then said they didn't send it and offered a discount on next purchase if I cancelled the dispute. When I could ask for refund from eBay they went to message multiple of my phone numbers which was rather disturbing as it breaks policy. Wouldn't trust them at all.
