I would love to know how it was wrongly described so that I can fix this issue in the future. I could not know the batteries were dead, because if i opened a brand new case to replace the batteries, technically the watch would not be new anymore. This watch has been new in the case for over 10 years. Batteries are bound to die after that long without use. Regardless, I would like to apologize for the issues. Thanks.

The seller was in constant contact throughout the entire shipping process and was amazed of the packing that was preformed when it arrived and opened. The product was actually better than described being in almost new condition for the year and the price (Value)was more affordable than other sellers offering the same Model number. I would gladly do business with cheezpuffs again knowing everything will run smooth from their hands to mine.
