    Quality : 7/10 Condition: 1/10 Value: 5/10 Appearance: 1/10 Logitech sent me a severely used device while calling it "Refurbished Excellent", which is supposed to be professionally cleaned. I sent them the following images showing the horrible condition of the item and they offered me a $15 discount on the $90 price with no explanation. I had to thoroughly clean the keyboard, so I kept it. If you are ok with that, you can get it. Logitech should update the description and just list it as USED.
