      Item purchased for $19.68!! Buyer's Math doesn't add up, $16.99 + $6.99 shipping is $23.98. Return Item tracking shows item return shipped November 25th and is still enroute to be delivered November 29th. So obviously we haven't refunded an item not received yet! You must be mistaken this order for another order and remove your WHOPPING false claim!!
