My issues were that the product arrived late, product was not shipped from location indicated and item was poorly packaged. I understand that I ordered a muffler but at least put it in a box, not just slap a shipping label on it and send it out. Also, I contacted the vendor twice and they never replied. Shipping location is important to buyers as we pick vendors that are closer to us.
