They state it is for testing phones as a inactive card however my phone "rejected" the card. After contacting them with my issue the person was rude and unhelpful, told me to figure it out myself. Waste of $1.76 but not worth my time to return it. Lesson learned, do not recommend. The sim is for testing not for unlocking phones . Sometime you get a rotten apple that was drive you nuts for $0.99 and leave a review full of lies . Such is life I can control the bad energies .
