I messaged her and she interpreted my message as “shouty!” Sent a rude message back . Really wanted the item but instead of sending another one with my offer to send to send the missing one back, or discussing how we could allow her to keep some money, satisfy the customer and keep a good reputation she just refunded the transaction. Not at all impressed.Reply from: zipdragon- Feedback replied by seller zipdragon.- Feedback replied by seller zipdragon.dont talk rubbish you opened a case before even messaging to let me know that the post office had messed up , you then sent a message full of attitude telling what i should and shouldn't be doing and demanding it get sorted and for me to send another when you knew full well were the first one was it was as you contacted royal mail you were being awkward , i refunded you and blocked you as i dont need the agro, in future you may learn to have a bit more decorum when you send messages ..
