When the voltmeter is displaying 15.0V the actual output voltage is 14.38V. Similarly, when the output current is displayed as 740mA, the actual current is only 600mA. There does not appear to be any way to calibrate the meters. Hence only 3 stars. I would have taken this up with the seller, but I cannot send a message to him with eBay's present arrangements.
