    Seller substantially overcharged on shipping, then ignored my question about it. He answered my specific question about condition with a vague, general, generic response - AFTER I had purchased this item. Odd, because he states questions should be asked, as all sales are final -- but he doesn't answer questions/concerns. This bear had gaps of missing fur on the snout that curiously were never indicated in photos or description (which was non-existent basically). Sorry, but I wouldn't recommend.
