Forget the actual item - Everything Golf's customer service is phenomenal. There was a shipping issue with the carrier and the package hadn't even begun transport until after the supposed delivery date. I reached out to the seller and they immediately contacted the carrier, opened a request with them, and was able to get the carrier to expedite the shipping.
