This item was purchased on 5/22 and shipped promptly on 5/23. I noticed it hadn't been received, so I contacted you and let you know that I put in a missing mail request. I give this a little bit of time, then if they cannot find it, I will issue you a refund. I cannot control the post office losing mail, so this negative review is not fair.
