Contacted seller many times most of them never got a chance to speak to anyone "in charge" the one time I did was told that they where having problems in their shipping department. The made zero effort to remedy the situation and I believe that they sold the item from under me. Then instead of issuing a refund when it was evident that shipment was not forthcoming stalled until eBay stepped in. Don't do business with this one it will just lead to tears
