Buyer *assumed* they were leather. There is nothing in the listing indicating they are leather. I would have been happy to provide the material if buyer had asked. Returns are offered which the buyer could have taken advantage of if they were not happy with the item they purchased

Boot is supposed to be a 10.5. I wear a 10 but I got half size bigger for my work boots. I can’t even get my foot in the boot. Feels like size 9 or smaller. Boot is useless at this point I can’t even get my foot in them

Returns are accepted. Boots are a 10.5 as listed and shown in photos. As a seller I have no control over how an items fits. Not sure why buyer didn't initiate a return and instead places the blame of how the foots fit on me as a seller.
