You are 50% correct, the item most certainly is tiny, it may come as a bit of a shock to you, but items that are described as miniature in the title, listed in a category that is called miniature silver, and made from precious metal that sell for £12 (yes Karen 12 whole English pounds) tend to be tiny. The size of the item was written in the description, but given you didnt understand what the word miniature meant, numbers were always going to be tough for you.
