    Item is exactly what was needed & worked perfectly for repair. Fortunately received undamaged & in working condition. Only issue was really poor packaging, box was received damaged & open box. It was not taped at all, no inside protection or support. So heavy item was moving around in the box during shipment. Either than that, it was a smooth transaction. Item received in timely matter. Fair pricing. Even though transaction went well, extremely poor packaging makes me think twice about seller.

    So being in the appliance repair business I schedule repairs depending on the time of a part being delivered to me. When a company or person is selling a part and specifically states the part will be to me between a certain time I then set up a repair time for my customers. When the part doesn’t show up when stated, it makes me and my business look bad. I’m giving a 1 star because now I’ve got a 1 star from my customer due to the shipping time.

    We are sorry to hear about this experience. Your order was placed on 3/31, we shipped it 4/1 via fed ex and it shows delivered 4/7. Fed ex took 4 business days to get this delivered (weekends do not count in calculating transit time). We did ship it on time and do apologize if it did not deliver as soon as you wanted it to deliver.
