    The item works as it should, but the seller described the item as being Bluetooth which it was not. I tried messaging the seller about this and received no response. I tried to return the item and the seller denied. I am very disappointed the item was described incorrectly.

    This is exactly what was described, it did have bluetooth. research on the product and they would of realized the bluetooth may need to be reset for new user. Denied the return due to nothing wrong with the product, sold as described in listing.
