So sad the item came broken but I can tell this wasn’t the sellers fault as it did not say it was broken and in the pictures looked in good condition nothing a little glue can’t fix!

I was more than happy to work with buyer on this transaction, but they declined. I asked for pictures of the broken item so I could make an insurance claim, but buyer also declined. As a seller for over 20 years, I make every effort to "over" pack my breakables for safe delivery. Used over $5, just in bubble wrap to ship this piece. It's very unfortunate that this lovely figurine arrived broken.
