Seller did not ship item, was very slow (days) to respond to message asking for status on shipping date. After 10 days I asked eBay to contact seller to ship the item. The seller refunded the purchase and closed the request for shipment without any communication. Now I have memory and a hard drive for a laptop that will never arrive. I HIGHLY recommend passing on this seller if you actually want to receive the item you purchased. Also, they did this twice since I purchased two laptops from them
