Product said new with tags, but it arrived dirty/dusty. The straps were nasty! Very disappointing

This was taken directly from the listing: “ Bag does have dust primarily in the folds of the straps (possibly other places) from storage and is in need of a good wipe down and possibly a spray down with an air compressor. Because of this, price is significantly reduced.”
Not to mention, dust (with emphasis especially to the straps) were well photographed.
