buyer contacted me before purchase - was advised that the set was 3 or 4 years old - still made the purchase - have sold another 5 or 6 (including 2 recently) of these sets without issue - 2 days ago buyer opened a case with 'just didn't like it' as the reason then swiftly closed the case - 1 day ago buyer messaged me to which i replied, not yet rejecting a refund - buyer then sent 2nd message in evening which because it needed translating i left it for this morning - woke up to find the negativ
