I, like so many on here, am so disappointed in the packaging of my item. They shipped a boxed item in a padded envelope… it was smashed during shipping and was then squished into my mailbox…

"like so many others", but zero other complaints? Buyer purchased a accurately described "damaged box" item, noted that his mail carrier "squished" the package into his mailbox, causing additional damage and wanted a partial refund. we offered a FULL REFUND to return the item. Absolutely blatant example of feedback extortion. Will be reported

Overall transaction was great seller immediately shipped item, but it was not packaged very well. This was a knife sharpener and the stone had some chips in it and the shaft might be a little warped, would have been better to take the stone off and wrap it separately. I think it will be ok though.
