It's ergonomic and I'm sure the charging works. However, the material wears down over time (mine immediately upon unpacking) into an unbearably sticky and gross rubber that you can scrape off with your fingernail. Probably not safe for young kids, and probably why the company stopped making these. Shipped a couple days late but the package was in good condition and packaged well.

I'm sorry to hear that you were unhappy with the quality of Nykos product. Since we had no hand in manufacturing this item this sounds like feedback that should be aimed at the company rather than us considering the item was sealed and not something we could inspect and use prior to selling.
